Part 1 - Pre-cleaning the foreskin

Before you can start any kind of program you need to ensure that your foreskin is as clean as possible. Not only will correct cleaning of

the

foreskin help to improve general hygiene it will also help with all other stages of the program. For some people who have been unable to

retract for sometime or never at all cleaning the foreskin will have proven difficult and will do to an extent until you can fully retract, which
