What is Phimosis?

Phimosis is a condition where the foreksin of the penis cannot be fully retracted (pulled back) over the
head of the penis (the glans). Phimosis is also often referred to as a tight foreskin.
Below are some images of a healthy foreskin and one with phimosis. The images are graphic and
wherever graphic images exist on our site they will be hidden with the icon below.

What Causes Phimosis?

Phimosis is simply caused by the preputial ring (the circular ring of fibrous tissue that creates the opening to the foreskin)
not being elastic/wide enough to stretch over the head of the penis when the foreskin is pulled back.

When the preputial ring is not large enough or elastic enough to stretch over the head of the penis it will not be able to be
retracted either at all, or not without pain and possible damage being caused.

Phimosis can be present from birth or it can suddenly develop in someone who was previously able to retract their foreskin.
Whatever the initial cause the result will be that the foreskin, in particular the preputial ring, will not be elastic enough to
stretch painlessly over the head of the penis. Phimosis can occur from a young age with the foreskin never being able to be
retracted, or it can suddenly develop in people who were previously able to retract their foreskin but now cannot. The
important thing is not how it developed but how it can be treated.

For children of a young age no treatment may be necessary (we cannot recommend the program for children under the age
of 13) but for those reaching puberty and older phimosis is very unlikely to cure itself?

Fortunately phimosis is easily treatable with a number of treatment options. On the following pages we compare the differing
treatment options for phimosis, outlining their positives and negatives and also explain the online phimosis program we offer
to treat phimosis, that can be carried out at home and started immediately!

Below are two silent videos (graphic content). The first shows an unretractable foreskin attempting to be retracted. The
foreskin is irritated and has lost its elasticity and therefore can only be partially retracted over the head of the penis. The
second shows a healthy foreskin, that has its natural elasticity and can easily fully retract over the head of the penis.

Frequently Asked Questions

About Phimosis

Is the foreskin meant to pull back over the head of the penis?

Yes, in a healthy foreskin the foreskin can be painlessly retracted when both flaccid and erect.

Is it important to be able to retract ones foreskin?

Yes, although not 100% necessary it is important for hygeine reasons that the foreskin and under the foreskin can be
completely cleaned. If the foreskin cannot be fully retracted then it is very difficult to keep the area clean, and this can lead to
odour and the build up of an odourous white substance called smegma.
Urinating can also be difficult if one cannot retract their foreskin and occasionally painful if the foreskin is irritated.
Not being able to retract ones foreksin also heightens the risk of infection from both sexually and and non-sexually
transmitted diseases.

Is phimosis easily treatable?

Yes, it is easily treatable. There are a number of treatment options available each with their own positives and negatives.
These are highlighted in the treatment pages of the website.

Will phimosis cure itself?

No, if you are over the age of 14 then it is extremely unlikely that phimosis will cure itself. Younger than that it is possible
that it will correct itself. But once you are reaching/have reached puberty if you still have phimosis then you will most likely
need to take action in order to cure phimosis.

Do I have Phimosis?

It is very easy to determine whether or not you have phimosis by asking yourself the following questions:

>> Can I painlessly retract (pull back) my foreskin when flaccid (not erect) over the head of my penis?

>> Can I painlessly retact my foreskin over the head of my penis when erect?

If you cannot painlessly retract your foreskin when both flaccid and erect then you have phimosis!

I can retract my foreskin when flaccid but not erect, will the program still be suitable?

Yes definitely. If you can already retract when flaccid then you simply carry out the program in an erect state. You will see results very
quickly and should be able to retract when erect in 3-5 days.

Will I need to purchase anything else?

No you will not need to purchase anything else to get started with the program. We do strongly recommend however that you use a
good quality moisturiser which if you do not have you will need to purchase.

Is the payment discreet and will anything be posted to my home?

Yes the payment is discreet and will show up on any bills/statements as a payment to HOMEC. The only place where the payment is
not discreet is by logging onto paypal where the exact product details can be seen (this is for your own reference and security).
No nothing will be sent to your home. The program is an instant access online guide which can therefore be stated immediately.

I am over 30 years old, will the program still be effective?

Yes - there is no upper age limit on the program and it has been effective for those even of retirement age. The only thing to take into
consideration regarding age is that results are likely to be slightly slower the older you are as skin regenerationg rates slow with
age.

I want to purchase the program for my son, is he old enough to carry out the program?

We cannot recommend the program for those below the age of 13. This is because the program may be difficult to follow for
someone of younger age may not comprehend what they are doing or why. Parental discretion is your choice but we do not
recommend it for those of younger ages.
